Driftwood Sculptures by Lynn Muir
Lynn Muir - Lynn's sculptures resemble 3 dimensional drawings in driftwood. Based in Cornwall, Lynn uses mainly driftwood collected on local beaches usually after a strong south-westerly gale! "Sometimes the wood itself suggests figurative forms, while at other times I have an idea and desperately have to search for the right piece. Then I work on it with machine saws, powered sander wheel and handtools and finally "illustrate" it with pen and paint.
Silver Fox Jewellery Designs By Lyn Fox
Silver Fox designs are an exclusive range of jewellery some of which are a very limited edition. The jewellery is fashioned from a luxuriously heavy weight of silver to create a stunning range of statement jewellery.
Lyn works primarily in silver sometimes with gold embellishment creating fairly large statement jewellery Her styling is inspired by medieval myth and legend as often depicted in the romanticism of Pre-Raphaelite Art and a heavy weight of silver is used which gives a luxurious feel to the pieces. A basic design palate of planishing (a representation of hammering metal for armour) frosting, silver/gold wire twists and silver/gold bead embellishment is used.
Each piece carries the Silver Fox hallmark and is individually handcrafted, therefore totally unique.
