A visit to blue-ginger art gallery and gift shop promises a treat for the senses. My intention was to create art gallery in Malvern where the atmosphere is welcoming and inspirational. The converted barn, in the grounds of our 16th century Herefordshire farmhouse, is home to a continually changing exhibition of art and crafts by international and UK artists, with a special place for the strength of local talent . It's a haven from high street shopping with plenty of parking, a coffee shop, disabled access and a wealth of unusual and creative gift ideas. I hope you enjoy looking round this website and that when you visit Hereford and Worcester you'll be inspired to visit the blue-ginger art gallery in person. h-Art @ blue-ginger - 11th to 19th September 2010 |
h-Art week takes place every September and is a celebration of local art and craft talent. During h-Art week local artists and crafts people run demonstrations, exhibitions and open studio events and blue-ginger hosts a series of h-art events. Throughout h.Art week - 11th to 19th September 2010 blue-ginger will be open every day from 10am to 5.30pm.
This year blue-ginger is hosting various arts and craftspeople in an open studio event. Throughout h.Art week at least one of the artists will be at the gallery each day. Our resident Jewellery Designer Silverfish will be demonstrating her silver jewellery. Our featured artists include Rachel Yallop, Calligraphy, Philippa Day textiles, Garry Jones, animal characters and Valerie McLean, artist from Ledbury. Valerie is a well known personality to many h.Art visitors however, as Valerie has now moved house, this year she will be exhibiting at blue-ginger during h.Art week. More info |
